When Saddle is opened for the first time you will see an empty screen. To organize and bundle all the files used in this tutorial you will have to create a new Saddle project.

In order to create a new project press the "New Project..." button ( ) in the toolbar. Select "Saddle Project" in the following dialog and click "Next". |
You are now asked for a name and mule directory for the project.

- Name the project "Tutorial".
- Select a mule folder on your local hard disk.
- Click "Finish" to create the project.
