HL7 Connector

Saddle provides specific HL7 endpoints for receiving and sending HL7 via MLLP. These endpoints look exactly like the TCP endpoints.

For our examples we do not need to create and assign a particular instance of the HL7 con nector as all relevant parameters can directly be configured on endpoint level. This might be different for your projects, as you might like to e.g. implement a reconnections strategy for your HL7 outbound endpoint. 

HL7 endpoints and connector are only needed, if you want to communicate via MLLP.
